We have an exciting opportunity for a Contractor- Recruiter to join our Insurance Services Division, Executive Recruitment team to help assist with day to day executive recruitment tasks and administrative duties. In this role, the Contractor- Recruiter will be focused on Executive Recruitment for UPMC Health Plan.


The ideal candidate will have experience with sourcing, executive recruitment and executive assistance, including, but not limited to creating and managing interview scheduling, travel coordination, itineraries and expenses.


The Contractor- Recruiter will be involved with recruiting areas of high need and complex requisitions; create, develop and manage diverse proactive pipelines of recruitment talent through strategic sourcing and networking. They will partner closely with the Senior Executive Recruiter and the Director, Human Resources to collaborate with operational, and business unit HR staff to understand their needs and to assist them in interviewing and hiring of qualified candidates.

This position will be located in the US Steel building in Downtown, Pittsburgh and primarily work standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with remote work flexibility.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Two years of recruitment related experience required
  • Sourcing experience preferred
  • Project work preferred
  • Proficiency with recruitment related software and database mining required
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Oracle/Peoplesoft experience strongly preferred
